Named after Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, works worldwide to combat censorship by promoting freedom of expression and access to official information. Has partnerships in over 30 countries to strengthen local capacity to monitor and protest institutional and informal censorship. Has links with MediaWise and its RAM Project.
