A transnational project, based in London, which aims to give refugees media skills. Set up in 1996 as partnership pilot project between London Boroughs of Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham and Thames Valley University, Ealing Tertiary College and West Thames College. Linked with five other projects across Europe to exchange training experience. ON AIR is a member of the Different Voices network, which is a OneWorld partner.

Network of broadcasters, training institutes, and multicultural organisations set up to improve the representation of ethnic minorities in broadcasting. Has initiated projects about employment, training, production and research and created the Multicultural Skyscraper as information gateway on all things multicultural about the media. Has links with PressWise RAM project.

Started in 1996 in an attic in East London and built a network of 41 correspondents in 32 countries, reporting for digital media in 70 countries via multimedia documentaries on the Net's biggest portals, America Online and Yahoo!, and on the UK's biggest cable network, ntl. Revenue dried up in the recession of 2001. The company is now the vehicle for Paul's own journalism and film-making.
